Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return / Exchange Time Limit

Customers must request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased on special discount or clearance (unless defective)
